I can help with that. Here is a help desk article for your LinkedIn messaging feature, formatted with H2s for clear, readable sections.

Using the LinkedIn Messaging Feature

The Shyft AI notetaker is a powerful tool designed to streamline your communication and save you time. Here’s a quick guide on how it works.

How it works

After you connect your LinkedIn account, Shyft AI pulls your LinkedIn messages directly into your Gmail or Outlook inbox. The system then automatically labels these messages as either "LinkedIn to respond" or "LinkedIn awaiting reply." This gives you a single, unified place to manage all your professional communications.

Drafting and sending

When you receive a new message on LinkedIn, Shyft AI will automatically create a draft reply for you. This draft appears directly in your email inbox. You can review, edit, and hit "send" from your email. The message will then be sent to the contact on LinkedIn, and the original message in your email will be moved to the "Done" folder.

Follow up

After a message has been sent, it will be moved to the "LinkedIn awaiting reply" label, so you can easily keep track of all your ongoing conversations. This system ensures that you are always on top of your communication, and that no message goes unanswered.
