Understanding Your Labels
After you connect your email and LinkedIn, Shyft AI automatically sorts and labels your messages. This helps you quickly see what needs your attention and what's for your information.
To respond and LinkedIn to respond: Messages that require your action.
Awaiting reply and LinkedIn awaiting reply: Conversations where you're waiting for a response.
FYI: Emails that don’t require a response but are important.
Notification and Marketing: Automated and bulk messages that are filtered for you.
Meeting update: Calendar updates from platforms like Zoom and Google Meet.
Done: Conversations that have been resolved.
Automated Drafting
When a message is labeled as "to respond," Shyft AI will automatically create a draft reply for you. Our AI learns your tone of voice and writing style to craft a personalized response that sounds exactly like you.
View a draft: The draft will appear directly in your inbox. You can open it to review and edit it.
Send a draft: Once you are happy with the draft, you can hit "send" from your email client. Shyft AI will then send the message to the contact on LinkedIn and move the conversation to the "Done" folder.
This system ensures that you are always on top of your communications and that no message goes unanswered. It saves you from having to start from scratch and gives you back the time you need to focus on what matters most.
